This guide introduces a Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation (NDT&E) technique referred to as Microwave Thermography (MWT). This guide covers how an MWT inspection is possible (i.e., when MWT can be successfully applied), introduces the common instrumentation to accomplish an MWT inspection, and provides a format for terminology when documenting MWT systems and inspections.
